Rose Phan, CEO & Co-Founder of Bella Vie Water, LLC.

Her mission is to promote health and protect the Environment with Ionic-Absorption Micron Filtration Products. She is passionate about providing affordable filtered water solutions to the world.

As the President of ASL from 1989-2005, She was nominated as one of the top 500 women-owned businesses in the US. She grew ASL from $0 to $40 million in annualized revenue within three years from inception. She secured contracts with EDS and corporate accounts such as Rockwell, Hughes Aircraft, Lockheed, McDonald Douglas, Boeing, etc, and had established distributors worldwide. She has received multiple awards and honors such as the Pioneering Women Awards from National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) in March 1997, Business Woman of the Year Awards from Asian Business Association of OC (ABA) in December 1998; Keepers of the Dream from Reader’s Digest in March 1999 and more. She was the international speaker at the Harvard International Expert Business Forum in December 2015 and is a best-selling author of the book “Critical Mission Messages”.

In 1976, as a boat refugee from Vietnam, she had experienced the value of how precious one drop of drinking water was while being stuck in the ocean and has a deep passion for aiding in water conservation. In her earlier career, she worked multiple jobs from being a piano teacher to a court-certified interpreter, and eventually a successful entrepreneur. Most importantly Rose has always been a health-conscious practitioner who cares to share and contribute better health solutions to humanity. She is grateful to have gained all her blessings from her hardship and is driven to continue her mission of providing affordable filtered water solutions to the world.

Mr. Palmer, Director

Mr. Palmer has been involved in the water filtration industry for over 40 years. He has earned international acclaims as one of the world’s leading pioneers in the field of water filtration technology.  For the past 20 years, he has specialized in the research of problems, product needs and technology solutions, which have made him an authority in the drinking water industry.  He established four separate companies prior to Bella Vie Water, all of which have been acquired by major Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Palmer is the inventor of thirteen patented products related to water purification.

He considers it his life’s work to bring affordable clean drinking water to all and dedicates a portion of his time to humanitarian work related to that cause in developing nations. He is particularly concerned with providing clean drinking water to children in third world countries.  His research & development includes testing on water filtered products and product technology in the areas of Inorganic, Organic (such as Agent Orange), Bacteriological and Radiological Contaminants along with increasing the alkalinity (or pH) in drinking water.

Bella Vie Water LLC. and Mr. Palmer currently are in the development of marketing sales & production for Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Thailand. Bella Vie Water is proud to be in association with Mr. Palmer, the water Master.

Minh Phan,

An engineer by trade but Entrepreneur by Heart. Minh Phan has been an Inventor during most of his career in the USA. He was a political refugee from Vietnam and was airlifted to America In 1975, following the last days of the fall of South Vietnam.

In 1990, His first invention of the Transformer form-fit motherboard grew from $0 to $100 million in annualized revenue within three years from inception. He transformed the industry by inventing a new generation of Video Teleconferencing and Digital Video Surveillance Technology.

In 2005, Founder & CEO of AdtekMedia, Inc.  PumpTopTV provided digital screens on Gas Station Pumps across twenty-five states. The cutting edge platform created a new channel of communication in the Digital Out of Home Industry. His innovation and inventions have contributed greatly to the world of security and human interventions between businesses and people globally. After having sold the business and being retired for many years, Minh Phan has been blessed to be a philanthropist and a humanitarian traveling across the world doing charity work. Donating computers to the children of Vietnam, and solar lanterns to the people along the Mekong River, his charity, and passion to better the world does not end here.

His latest passion is developing a simple and affordable water filtration solution to the world. After witnessing the heart-breaking conditions of many sick children and families across the world, Minh Phan is determined to provide a solution to end world thirst.
